In 1991, Darwin moved to Texas from California, where he successfully identified real estate investment opportunities throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. By 1994, Darwin was in charge of the operations of a 6,000 unit apartment portfolio. Having spent years learning and understanding the benefit of real estate investments, Darwin has now personally bought and sold more than $200 million in real estate, achieving great success with his investments.
